Annika Antonsson Strengthens Sigma’s Product Information Team in Karlskrona

Sigma Technology Information provides world-class product information services. To meet the clients’ growing need for information development services, the company expands with new departments across Sweden. A new unit manager – Annika Antonsson – will head the unit in Karlskrona and strengthen Sigma Technology with her strong team-leading and personnel management expertise.
Sigma Technology Information is a part of Sigma Technology Group and a global supplier of product information. The company gathers experienced technical writers, information engineers, project managers, illustrators, and other experts in product information. Today, 11 sites supply product information to customers in many different industries in Sweden. With Annika Antonsson, the unit in Karlskrona will continue staffing up and producing customized product information to suit clients’ needs.
Annika has more than 20 years of experience in the Telecom industry, where she held various positions, including the roles of a team leader and a personnel leader. Most recently, she has been engaged in the staffing industry working as a consulting manager. Annika’s experience in recruiting and staffing will come in useful in such a fast-growing industry as IT consulting.
“We are looking for people who have technical knowledge and attention to detail. They should have a proven ability to formulate in English in speech and writing, seeing opportunities and having a high focus on customer and end-users,” says Annika.
As a unit manager, Annika will build relationships with existing and new customers staying a true leader for her unit members.
Annika adds:
”My passion is people. In order to succeed as a team, everyone needs to feel confident in each other and dare to have an open dialogue. My aim is to focus on my team helping them feel this confidence and creating an atmosphere for them to speak their minds. Together, we will work on growth both in terms of customers and assignments as well as attracting new talents.”
