Four questions for Anna Wallinder

Anna Wallinder Anna Wallinder joined the Sigma Technology team almost a year ago as a driving manager for Sigma Technology Information’s second unit in Lund. She gracefully combines great leadership with an active lifestyle. Challenges, both in work and in sport, motivate her to go forward.

Tell us what you do.

I am a unit manager in Lund for Sigma Technology within product information. In my role, I have the opportunity to work in many different and interesting areas. The main ones are sales, leadership, and recruitment. No day in my workweek is the same and my schedule changes constantly. This is one of the reasons I find it challenging, but I am always up for a challenge!

I have a driven and competitive approach to what I do, but I am also open-minded and humble to the thoughts and ideas of other people. My favorite things are delegating and involving.

What motivates you to get up and go to work?

I am passionate about finding solutions and working with a thriving team, both in the business area and in coaching the members in my team. When we, as a team, are happy and evolving, we find the best solutions for our clients and constantly move forward. Getting to that goal is my motivator.

What is your passion every day?

My hobby is combining my interests in health, food, and training with family, friends, and colleagues. In my health journey, if I were not passionate about what I am committed to, I would have given up a long time ago. Staying true to myself and the people around me has kept me on my path forward.

Do you think that passion is a driving force in both work and life?

Passion is what shapes you as a person when it matters the most. Anyone can do anything, but if you do it with passion, it has a different meaning; it means something more.

At Sigma Technology, I am attracted to the way you really get what you see. It is full of passionate, smart people that have goals and ideas, and are creative and sharing. Passion is definitely a common denominator in the people at Sigma!
