Customer satisfaction – still going strong

Sigma Technology makes a customer relationship survey once or twice every year. The survey is sent to our customers with the purpose of finding out the level of satisfaction for the job that the consultants at Sigma Technology perform.

It is important for us to know how we are perceived by our customers in order to strive for better results, stronger customer relationships, and a higher level of satisfaction and pride, both for our customers and our consultants.

The latest customer relationship survey resulted in a response frequency of over 30% and for 13 questions out of the 17 asked, the level of satisfaction had increased.
